RivadData was created to help small and medium-sized businesses use data to improve operations — without requiring expensive enterprise software.

Our story

Most small and medium-sized businesses are full of valuable information — customer details, job notes, lead activity, project updates — that lives in spreadsheets, inboxes and people's heads. When it's time to make a decision, that information is hard to find and even harder to trust.

Enterprise BI tools weren't built for these businesses. They're expensive, complicated and assume you already have a data team. RivadData was built to close that gap: a practical platform that helps real businesses collect, organize and analyze the data that actually runs their operations.

We started with a CRM and mobile data collection because that's where most operational data is created. Over time, RivadData is becoming a complete business operating system — with analytics, reporting and intelligence layered on top of the work you're already doing.
